About
Hi, I’m Aaron Syring. I’m a husband, father of 2 girls, pharmacist, outdoor enthusiast and more.
But first, like you, I am part of our every busy American society. And like you, I know what it feels like – personally and as a witness to friends, family, and customers – to experience the NORMAL health and performance declines as we age.
In my 30’s, I notice the same normal things beginning – weight gain, harder to focus, digestion issues, ibuprofen use, and more. I figured inevitably, my near future would include adding the same medications I dispense to others on a daily basis to my routine.
Then, in October 2012 while at a compounding (customized medication) conference, I heard from those on the frontlines that diet can prevent many of our interventions from being successful. Here, the presenters introduced us to the book Wheat Belly and some benefits of adopting gluten-free eating. Trust me, this concept (no pizza/bread!) was as big of a problem to adopt as anyone I know. However, with the observations above, I gave it a shot, and the weight effortlessly fell off. More importantly, this experience set me on a course to dig deeper into dietary strategies, supplements, and the root cause of modern disease. There is so much more than just gluten-free…
Far beyond the required continuing education for pharmacists, my consumption of health information skyrocketed – over 150 books read (notes I saved from some here), thousands of articles and podcasts reviewed. Turning this information, coupled with my experience, I began upgrading the health of friends and family. I kept my daughter off of ADHD medications while improving her performance. Effectively battled cancer in my mother-in-law. Deprescribed statins and other medications. Helped others achieve significant weight loss. Cleared brain fog. And much more.
Working with friends and family motivated me to seek additional training – the Bulletproof Human Potential Coaching Certification. As I described in this video, presenting information is one thing, helping clients chart their course to success is another. My training in pharmaceuticals, plus the last 7 years of experience, now combined with HPC tools and tactics to coach for success make a powerful offering.

Credentials
In addition to obtaining my Doctor of Pharmacy from Washington State University (Go Cougs!) in 2002, I have recently completed a certification in Human Potential Coaching. This course, please click here to learn more, was developed by Bulletproof founder Dave Asprey. Here is an audio clip of him discussing the program:
In addition to this formalized training, I have spent a substantial amount of time dedicating myself to reading the current information available on all things health. My Kindle library shows well over 150 books (notes here), most ready in the last two years. In addition, I monitor the leading researchers daily for new information to stay on top of the trends, my Evernote saved articles are well over 1000 (these are just the ones I thought might be useful to reference later!).
Perhaps the best credentials would be the testimonials and success stories documented on this page. This is where the rubber meets the road – reading and learning is one thing, leveraging that information to produce results is quite another. The coach training also helped in this regard, as it helps develop the ability to implement behavior changes in a reliable way.
