PMP Bulk Upload Formatter

To make complying with the directive below more convenient…a simple tool.

Washington PMP has a bulk upload tool. But the upload template is a little tricky. The kicker is PMPs template uses Linux end of line notations (LF) where most of us operate in Windows which uses a return and end of line (CRLF) [techy details here]

So, this was our solution, just make a quick converter!

Supply your pharmacy system data to be searched (we filter all controls for example) with the following data in a csv file in this order

first name, last name, dob, zip

And this program will kick out a file that can be uploaded to PMP and do all the searches at once…all you have to do is review them on PMP after upload. No Data Entry!

Apple Health (Medicaid) Prescription Monitoring Program (PMP) check for outpatient prescriptions

Please see this FAQ and HCA’s website for more information and email questions to AppleHealthPharmacyPolicy@hca.wa.gov.
